By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and included quantities. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

3. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention measures.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Methuen, Massachusetts studio, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Ros & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Personalized stationery orders, opened candle sets, and worn jewelry may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact shiningblade1188@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized or custom stationery orders (including custom invitation suites with names, dates, or addresses) are non-refundable once approved for production. Please review all proof materials carefully before approving.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Wedding Aesthetic Quiz Disclaimer

The Wedding Aesthetic Quiz and its product recommendations are provided for general guidance and inspiration only. Recommendations are based on self-reported style preferences and do not constitute a professional styling or wedding planning consultation. Returns are subject to the standard return policy above regardless of quiz recommendations.
